Frequently asked questions
Do I need coding skills?
No. Set up the form in the configurator above, copy the ready-made code and paste it into your website editor. You can also share the form on your Files.fm profile page without any website.
Does it work with WordPress?
Yes. Choose the WordPress tab in the configurator to get the code for WordPress, or use the HTML code with any other website builder or CMS.
Where are uploaded files stored?
Files are saved in your Files.fm cloud storage, in the folder you choose. Uploads are encrypted in transit and scanned with antivirus. You can manage them on the web, in the apps, over FTP or via API.
How large can uploaded files be?
In trial mode, one submission can be up to 0.1 GB. With a PRO account, each file can be up to 50 GB, and with Team up to 200 GB – with no limit on the total size of a submission. You can also limit allowed file types and the number of files.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. With a PRO or Team account and the Form Configurator module, you can change form colors, texts, fields and languages. Team accounts can also remove Files.fm branding and add your logo to emails sent to clients.
Can you build a custom form for us?
Yes. If you need custom fonts, layout or integration with your systems, contact us and we will prepare an offer.
